Responsibilities

- Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset

- Knowledge of Health and Safety practices is necessary.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Must be flexible to work a bi-weekly rotating day and night shift schedule

This position reports to the Production Manager and serves as a training position for the Extrusion Operator Trainee, and Blender Trainee roles. All functions performed by these positions will become part of this job as the incumbent acquires the adequate knowledge and experience. On-the-job training is provided, so experience is not vital!
