Lead, mentor and develop a team of Offshore Relationship Managers to achieve business objectives. Oversee client acquisition, retention and portfolio growth by implementing effective relationship management and sales strategies. Drive sales performance through targeted initiatives, cross-selling opportunities and delivery of personalized financial solutions. Ensure adherence to banking regulations, internal policies and risk management guidelines across all client engagements. Monitor team performance, analyze sales reports and implement action plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets. skills and experience required Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum 8 years of experience as a Premier Banking Manager focusing on the North Asia market. Strong leadership, coaching and team management skills.
