As our Facilities Administrator you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across both office and warehouse environments. You will oversee and coordinate services, maintenance activities, and the management of equipment, facilities, and permits, contributing directly to operational efficiency and compliance. Main responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee facilities operations across office and warehouse locations. Manage maintenance activities, equipment, facilities, and outsourced service providers to ensure operational continuity. Support compliance with federal, state, and municipal regulations, including permits, inspections, and audits. Ensure compliance with Civil Protection and labor authority requirements. Monitor office and warehouse equipment, services, and facility-related needs. Collaborate with functional and operational managers to improve administrative processes, procedures, and systems. Evaluate and recommend purchases of office and warehouse supplies and equipment, balancing business needs and cost efficiency. Coordinate office or warehouse relocation projects when required, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Maintain safe, efficient, and compliant work environments that support business objectives. What do you need to be successful? Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, property management, workplace operations, or office administration. Ability to read and interpret architectural, engineering, and construction drawings/plans. Willingness and availability to travel domestically as required.
