Requirements
- Education/Experience:
- High School diploma or GED
- Five (5) years' experience in mechanical service, mechanical field estimating, or related field
- OR
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields and two (2) years' experience in Project Management and/or estimating, at least two (2) years of experience in a leadership role in mechanical service operations
- HVACR Mechanical Technical Expertise
- Field estimating experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Verbal & written communication skills
- Attention to detail and organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook

HVAC/R Technical Service Advisor Position Overview The Technical Service Advisor's responsibility is to ensure sure the services we are providing meet G.E. Mechanical quality standards. As a Technical Service Advisor you will review work completed by technicians, provide technical guidance, and confirm ticket completeness. This position fills the gap between completed field work and final customer invoicing to ensure quality and accuracy.
