Job Title: Analyst Work Location: Bangalore Shift timings: 8.00am to 5.00pm OR 12.00pm to 9.00pm IST Work mode: Hybrid - 3 Days office Job Description: Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Experience - 9 to 12years Collaborate with regional business units to capture functional and non-functional requirements. Analyze existing processes and identify gaps for eLIMS-NG deployment. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, and global NG program teams. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations for stakeholders across Asia. Documentation & Process Mapping: Prepare Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specifications, and Use Cases. Develop process flow diagrams and ensure alignment with eLIMS-NG standards. Testing & Validation: Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and validating results. Ensure defects are tracked and resolved before go-live. Change Management & Training: Assist in preparing training materials and conducting sessions for end-users. Support change management activities to drive adoption. Deployment Support: Coordinate with technical teams for deployment activities. Monitor post-implementation performance and resolve issues.
