We're looking for a Senior Consultant - Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Consultant - Business Analyst for Civiteq, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients transform their business operations and achieve strategic objectives. You will work closely with clients to understand their challenges, define requirements, and ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives. This role demands strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to turn complex user and business needs into practical, deliverable solutions. Client Delivery Act as a trusted SME, leading or supporting end-to-end delivery across projects and workstreams, including stakeholder engagement and programme governance Provide expert advice and practical solutions to meet client needs and support successful change adoption Build strong client relationships and identify follow-on opportunities, working with Delivery Leads to progress them Operations & Governance Deliver within agreed scope and timelines, ensuring accurate time recording to support billing Contribute to business priorities while role modelling Civiteq's ways of working and standards Relationships Contribute to a high-performing team, maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers Support the development of methodologies, toolkits, and thought leadership, and lead or mentor others where required Key Stakeholders Work closely with senior client stakeholders, programme teams, partners, and internal SMEs to ensure aligned delivery Consulting Skills & Experience Consulting Skills Analyse business needs and design practical, fit-for-purpose solutions aligned to client objectives Lead or support workshops, process improvements, and solution design activities Manage workstreams using agile or waterfall methodologies, including risks, issues, and dependencies Adapt consulting approaches to client needs and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders Functional Specialism: Business Analyst This gives an indication of the role responsibilities, it is not exhaustive, and you may be asked to undertake other work in your role as a Business Analyst. Engage with client stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document new and changing business requirements and opportunities. Map current-state and propose future-state based on discovery analysis and identified gaps. Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs. Support digital transformation and change projects, including ERP, CRM, and other applicable systems. Support the development of Digital and data strategies, maturity assessments and action plans. Support development of options appraisals, business cases, and Target Operating model for transformational change. Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making, service design and validate business cases. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions. Collaborate with functional and digital/ technical teams to ensure solutions align with client objectives. Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and recommendations for a range of stakeholders. Maintain clear documentation, including process maps, requirement traceability, and reporting dashboards. Identify and implement benefits management approaches. Additional Skills Strong team working skills, must be able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities. We offer: Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience). We are committed to offering salaries that are fair, competitive and aligned to experience and capability. This role is fully remote, but there will be a requirement to travel to client sites. We aim to balance flexibility with meaningful in‑person engagement.
