If you're looking for a challenge and meaningful role, you're in the right place. กลุ่มบริษัท ดาวเคมิคอล ประเทศไทย เปิดรับตำแหน่ง Logistics Activity Coordinator ด่วน จำนวน 1 อัตรา ประจำโรงงานที่นิคมมาบตาพุด จ. ระยอง โดยมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบและคุณสมบัติต่าง ๆ ดังนี้ หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ บริหารจัดการทั่วไปใน site logistics operation ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานการบริหารจัดการด้านความปลอดภัย สิ่งแวดล้อม และอาชีวอนามัย และด้านคุณภาพ ได้แก่ (แต่ไม่จำกัดเพียงเท่านี้) งานรับวัตถุดิบและบรรจุภัณฑ์ พร้อมทั้งบรรจุลงในถังเก็บ งานโหลดสินค้าลงในรถ bulk truck/ISOtank งานบรรจุสินค้าตามแผนการบรรจุ งานจ่ายสินค้าเพื่อส่งลูกค้าทั้งในประเทศ และต่างประเทศ งานดูแลสินค้าคงคลัง และการบ่งชี้สถานะของสินค้าคงคลัง งานตรวจนับสินค้าคงคลัง การปรับปรุงเนื้อหาของวิธีปฏิบัติงานให้ทันสมัยอยู่เสมอ การทำงานร่วมกับ contractor warehouse supervisor เพื่อให้เกิดการทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและปลอดภัย งานตรวจสอบแก้ไขเบื้องต้นเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ งานอื่น ๆ การออกใบอนุญาตให้ทำงานอย่างปลอดภัย เป็น backup งานชั่งหนักชั่งเบา เพื่อให้ได้น้ำหนักสุทธิของสินค้าที่รับเข้ามา หรือจ่ายออกไป ทำงานร่วมกับ Logistics Engineer/Specialist ในการปรับปรุงการทำงานเพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพ และลด/ควบคุมต้นทุนการจัดการเป็นต้น คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร จบการศึกษาวุฒิ ปวส, ด้านช่างเทคนิค (เครื่องกล, ไฟฟ้า, เครื่องมือวัด หรือ ปิโตรเคมี) สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ทำงานได้ สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้อย่างดี มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี สามารถทำงานในช่วง off-hour ได้เมื่อจำเป็น มีประสบการณ์ในด้านที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 2 ปี ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ตรงในโรงงงานปิโตรเคมีจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ ทักษะสำหรับผู้สมัคร: Logistics Operations & Inventory Management Skill - ความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการกระบวนการโลจิสติกส์ในโรงงานเคมีแบบครบวงจร ตั้งแต่การรับวัตถุดิบ บรรจุ จัดเก็บ โหลดสินค้า จ่ายสินค้า และควบคุมสินค้าคงคลัง รวมถึงการตรวจนับ และการบ่งชี้สถานะสินค้าอย่างถูกต้องตามมาตรฐาน Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) Awareness - มีความรู้และความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานด้านโลจิสติกส์โดยยึดหลักความปลอดภัย สิ่งแวดล้อม อาชีวอนามัย และคุณภาพ (SHEQ) เป็นสำคัญ รวมถึงการออกใบอนุญาตให้ทำงานอย่างปลอดภัย (Work Permit) และการทำงานในพื้นที่เสี่ยงของโรงงานเคมี Bulk & Packaging Operations Skill - ทักษะในการจัดการงานบรรจุและงานโหลดสินค้า ทั้งในรูปแบบ bulk truck, ISO tank และการบรรจุตามแผนการผลิต รวมถึงการควบคุมน้ำหนักสินค้า (ชั่งหนัก-ชั่งเบา) เพื่อให้ได้น้ำหนักสุทธิที่ถูกต้องตามข้อกำหนด Equipment & Basic Troubleshooting Skill - ความสามารถในการตรวจสอบสภาพเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์โลจิสติกส์เบื้องต้น ระบุปัญหาที่อาจส่งผลต่อความปลอดภัยหรือประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน และประสานงานเพื่อแก้ไขได้อย่างเหมาะสม Contractor & Cross-functional Coordination Skill - ทักษะในการทำงานร่วมกับ contractor warehouse supervisor และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น ปลอดภัย และมีประสิทธิภาพ รวมทั้งสามารถทำงานร่วมกับ Logistics Engineer/Specialist ในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน Continuous Improvement & Cost Efficiency Mindset - มีแนวคิดการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง (Continuous Improvement) สามารถปรับปรุงวิธีปฏิบัติงาน (Work Instruction / SOP) ให้ทันสมัย สนับสนุนการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ และช่วยควบคุมหรือลดต้นทุนด้านโลจิสติกส์ได้ Benefits - What Dow offers you We invest in you.
