About the role

The Mechanization Electrical Team Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of electrical engineers and electrical technicians in the design, development, assembly, and commissioning of automated machinery and production systems. General Responsibilities Oversee electrical design and implementation of automation systems. Ensure timely delivery of projects in line with milestones and budgets. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of electrical engineers and technicians. Take part in planning and allocating resources based on project priorities and timelines. Oversee implementation of safety systems (e.g., safety PLC, interlocks). undefined Experience / Qualifications A university degree required in Electrical Engineering. Minimum five years' experience in automation and electrical engineering. Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members. Holds self and others accountable to achieving goals and standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple competing tasks and demands. Good communication skills. Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity. Proficient in Electrical systems, and automated equipment design and implementation in production equipment. Proficient in PLC and Safety Systems programming. Knowledge of latest hardware technologies and their use in production lines. Gross Annual Salary Range: 33,623.00 EUR - 46,230.80 EUR The salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation. Starting Salary The starting salary offered will be based on objective, gender-neutral criteria , (e.g internal equivalency, relevant skills, experience, qualifications etc.).
