About the role
The Senior Architect is responsible for working independently and leading the resolution of varied and non-routine complex technical requirements, exercising independent judgment and creative solutioning, to achieve functional and non-functional targets and goals. - Champions the value of the Red Hat Services Portfolio, including Consulting, Training, and Technical Account Managers and integrating it strategically into customer solutions.
- Provides expert customer feedback to internal teams, influencing product development and service enhancements.
- Leads internal initiatives that foster innovation, efficiency, and growth within the Services business.
