Responsibilities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in performance measurement, performance attribution, and investment performance analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Portfolio Management, Internal Controls, Legal, and Performance teams, to assess current operating models and design future-state processes, capabilities, and global operating frameworks that support evolving business needs.

- Participate in global management forums, representing the region and proactively recommending solutions and initiatives to enhance client service and operational excellence.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal functional and support groups, providing SME expertise and strategic input into business and operating plans.
- KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Detailed understanding of the Performance and Attribution methodologies, asset management business, with expertise in fixed income, equity and multi-asset strategies.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal client servicing skills required. Must have excellent time management, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, adapt to change, and willing to overcome obstacles to accomplish goal.
- Knowledge/experience with Aladdin, Eagle, Bloomberg, FactSet, MSCI Index Monitor, NT PACE, Custom Hierarchy, RADAR, Data Direct, and Integrated Reporting preferred.
