Warehouse Lead (Shift / East)

About the role

Job Scope Lead and support warehouse associates to achieve daily operational and productivity targets. Monitor warehouse activities, safety standards, and service levels to ensure smooth operations. Conduct daily team briefings and provide performance updates and reports. Guide team members on warehouse procedures, work instructions, and operational best practices. Support attendance tracking, employee training, and team development initiatives. Escalate operational issues and risks to supervisors in a timely manner. Support continuous improvement initiatives, new project implementations, and cross-functional warehouse operations. Provide backup support to supervisors as required. Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with production and other departments to support operational requirements. Perform any other duties assigned by management. Able to work on rotating shifts, permanent night shifts, or other shift arrangements as required by operational needs. Requirement Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or production operations. Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and workplace safety. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Physically able to perform operational duties when required. Secondary school education or equivalent preferred.
