Day-to-day responsibilities: Be the go-to expert in store for all things skincare ; helping our customers to find the best products for their needs and making sure everyone leaves feeling MECCA-mazing! Conduct skin services for customers including skin consultations and relaxing facials Work alongside your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the store Requirement of the role Availability to work late evenings and weekends What you will bring to this role: Proven experience in performing services in your category. Ability to deliver unforgettable moments for our customers that help them to feel amazing in their own skin. Ability to coach and upskill your peers and demonstrate your expertise to build your category. An inclusive, team-spirited person with a can-do attitude.
