ESTIMATED PAY RANGE Engineer I: $72,000 - $84,000 Engineer II: $80,000 - $92,000 Engineer III: $90,000 - $102,000 Senior Engineer: $97,000 - $112,000 Final compensation is based on experience, skills, and alignment with role expectations. These roles are paid hourly and include paid overtime when applicable. JOB SUMMARY As a Manufacturing Engineer - Electromechanical Assembly in Houston, TX , you will: Support the transition of electromechanical product lines from another facility into the Houston site Assist with equipment installation, setup, and readiness for production Lead or support product validation activities to ensure successful launch Prepare and update manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and process standards Provide hands‑on troubleshooting for wiring, assembly, and electromechanical systems Deliver training to production teams on new processes, equipment, and product requirements Participate in knowledge‑transfer visits to current production sites and support launch activities Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve flow, reduce waste, and stabilize processes Maintain active involvement from pre‑launch through post‑launch stabilization to support a seamless production ramp‑up Work collaboratively with suppliers and Applied partners Apply your skills in a dynamic environment that values ownership and innovation
