As Senior Director, FP&A for our Global Orthopaedics Business Unit, you will play a pivotal role at the heart of decision making. Partnering with senior leadership, you will turn complex data into meaningful insight, influencing strategy and driving performance across a multibillion dollar global franchise. This is a rare opportunity to combine strategic thinking, leadership, and advanced analytics to make a tangible impact. What will you be doing? You will step into a highly visible leadership role where your work directly influences the direction of the Orthopaedics business. From leading global planning cycles to delivering forward looking insights, you will help shape how the business grows, invests and competes. You will guide the development of integrated financial plans, bringing together regional and functional perspectives into a clear, compelling story that resonates at executive level. Alongside this, you will lead performance reviews, uncovering trends and identifying opportunities to improve outcomes across revenue, margin and cost performance. As a trusted advisor to the CFO and senior leadership team, you will challenge thinking, bring an independent perspective, and ensure decisions are grounded in robust financial insight. You will also play a key role in evolving integrated business planning, strengthening alignment across demand, supply and financial strategies. Leading a high performing team, you will foster a culture of curiosity, accountability and continuous improvement, while championing the use of digital tools, data and AI to enhance decision making and drive efficiency. What will you need to be successful? Success in this role comes from your ability to combine strategic thinking with strong leadership and a deep understanding of business performance. You will be comfortable operating at senior levels, influencing decisions and bringing clarity to complexity. Key requirements include: Significant experience in FP&A or finance business partnering within a large and complex organisation Proven track record of supporting senior stakeholders and driving business performance through insight Strong leadership capability with experience building and developing high performing teams Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations The anticipated base compensation range for this position is PLN 428,250 - PLN 795,500 annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job-related factors including (but not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications, and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic location, and internal equity considerations. Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender-neutral criteria, in line with applicable pay transparency laws.
