E-Commerce Associate

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (any course)
• Open to fresh graduates or 1-2 years experience in e-commerce/online selling
• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms is an advantage
• Basic Excel knowledge
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• tow (2) post available: one (1) Binondo, Manila office and one (1) for San Juan office.

Job Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms Upload and maintain product listings, pricing, and promotions Monitor orders, inventory, and fulfillment to ensure smooth transactions Assist in executing online campaigns and marketplace activities Track sales performance and prepare simple reports Collaborate with Marketing, Fulfillment, and Finance teams Handle customer-related concerns such as reviews, disputes, and order issues Why Join Us?
