Job Description 1) Strategy Support and Execution Support the development and implementation of business strategies, including portfolio transformation and industry-focused growth initiatives Assist in translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes Monitor progress against key strategic initiatives and identify areas requiring intervention 2) Process Improvement and Operational Efficiency Identify opportunities to streamline internal processes and improve workflow efficiency Coordinate across teams to reduce operational bottlenecks and improve turnaround times Support the implementation of best practices to enhance productivity 3) AML and Governance Uplift Work closely with Relationship Managers, BRCM, AML and Compliance teams to support consistent application of AML standards and governance practices Facilitate coordination across teams to ensure timely identification, escalation, and resolution of AML-related matters Support the implementation and continuous improvement of governance frameworks, policies, and controls in line with regulatory and Group requirements Promote awareness and adherence to AML and governance expectations through regular engagement with stakeholders Assist in monitoring key governance indicators and highlighting areas requiring further strengthening or intervention Additional Requirements Develop, Engage, Execute, Strategise Be a Part of the UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
