Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance with root-cause solutions for all repairs.
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex systems using schematics, hand tools, DVM, oscilloscope, and other diagnostic equipment.

Requirements

  • Seeking 10 + years of experience in photolithography equipment.
  • Broad knowledge of electronic, robotic, and pneumatic systems in semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Ability to troubleshoot to component level when necessary.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and using diagnostic tools.
  • Good understanding of the Photo Process.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as:
  • ASML /100, ASML /700
  • Nikon SF100,130,155
  • TEL ACT 8 tracks
  • Ultratech steppers

  • The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $38 to $53. Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
