About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and driven MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing MES solutions to enhance manufacturing efficiency, compliance, and digital transformation initiatives across our client base. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead and support MES implementation projects across the full lifecycle (requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support) ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, IT, and engineering stakeholders ● Analyse business processes and translate them into MES functional and technical requirements ● Configure and customize MES solutions based on client needs ● Ensure compliance with industry standards (GxP, FDA, etc.) where applicable ● Perform system integration with ERP, LIMS, and other enterprise systems ● Conduct user training, documentation, and provide post-implementation support ● Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime ● Drive continuous improvement initiatives and system optimization. ● 3-10 years of experience in MES implementation/consulting ● Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in pharma, biotech, or life sciences ● Experience with MES platforms (e.g., Werum PAS-X, Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, etc.) ● Knowledge of system integration (ERP/MES interfaces, APIs, etc.) ● Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 ● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
