Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of regional external manufacturing, co-packing, and innovation sourcing strategies aligned to business and portfolio priorities.

  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to leverage best practices and ensure consistency in sourcing and innovation approaches.
  • Execute sourcing and category strategies across directs and Indirect to meet business needs.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for supply, operational, and contractual issues.
  • Ensure compliance with P2P/S2P processes, including accurate master data and controls.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Supply, R&D, Quality) to support continuity, innovation, and value delivery.
  • Drive value chain optimization through cost, efficiency, and resilience initiatives.
  • Support business growth by enabling supplier onboarding and innovation implementation.
  • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, including LOA and commercial policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 15 years of Commercial and/or R&D experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) field with Line management experience
  • Fluent in English

Additional Information

The Regional Commercial Director leads sourcing and commercial delivery for raw materials, packaging, and co‑manufacturing within the region. The role is responsible for leading the Commercial teams in the region to secure supply, manage quality and technical requirements, and partner closely with Supply, R&D, and Q&FS to ensure resilience, cost effectiveness, and product continuity. This role represents Commercial on the Regional Management Team and is accountable for delivering directs‑related Commercial objectives.
