Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant discipline.
- Proven experience in a multinational food and beverage or chemical manufacturing environment.
- Extensive plant-level maintenance and problem-solving experience, with strong knowledge of equipment reliability and operational improvement.
- Hands-on experience with TPM/WCM, especially Planned Maintenance (PM) and Autonomous Maintenance (AM), to enhance equipment reliability.
- Knowledge of water supply systems and wastewater treatment management, along with strong English communication skills; Senior Person Responsible for Energy certification is preferred.
- Excellent command in English - written and spoken
- A strong people leader who can coach teams, influence stakeholders, and drive change management across all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable managing a variety of cross-functional team members and building effective partnerships across the plant.
