- Experience & Knowledge
- 5-10 years of experience in IT architecture, system integration, or enterprise solutions
- Strong experience with ITSM, asset management, and enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Helix, SAP, etc.)
- Proven experience designing and implementing system integrations and data flows
- Experience in device lifecycle or managed workplace services preferred
- Understanding of ITIL processes (especially Service Design, Service Transition, and Service Integration)
- Experience in creating high-level design (HLD) and low-level design (LLD) documents and workflows
- Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of: APIs, middleware, and integration technologies
