Position Summary Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking an experienced Project Controls Scheduler to join the Infra Technology Construction Department focused on a multi-billion new build semiconductor manufacturing facility in Taylor, TX. This is a senior individual contributor position responsible for managing the integrated master schedule for our portfolio of projects. From project initiation through commissioning and tool-move-in, this role drives schedule predictability and provides organizational leadership across our multiple layers of construction and operations partners. Role and Responsibilities Here's What You'll Be Responsible For: Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, maintains, and communicates integrated plans and schedules for multiple highly complex projects. Produce weekly executive reports that provide high-level trend analysis, KPI updates, and identification of risks and opportunities as it relates to project and program level schedule managemen t. Ensures contractors are following best schedule practices and are compliant with contractual requirements. Perform Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and Forensic Delay Analysis. Perform audits on invoices, schedules, and documentation to ensure compliance with contract requirements. Collaborate with General Contractor's site leadership in order to identify areas of concern and opportunities related to schedule. Utilize strong leadership skills to align stakeholders across site departments, including EHS, facilities, manufacturing, and engineering organizations to meet goals.
