Supervisory Training Instructor (navigation)

About the role

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY TRAINING INSTRUCTOR (NAVIGATION) within SURFACE WARFARE OFFICERS SCHOOL. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector 1) demonstrates mastery of all aspects of navigation, seamanship, and ship-handling; 2) Provides supervision, leadership, and direction to subordinate instructors by delegating specific authority to carry out their respective responsibilities; 3) Guides, leads, and advises subordinate personnel and providing recommendations for improving other instructors, procedures, and standards; 4) Develops, builds, and integrates instructional tools for delivery throughout the Integrated Learning Environment.
