- Gather and analyze post-enablement feedback; iterate on materials to improve comprehension and reduce support escalations.
- Serve as a visible, approachable resource for end users during go-live periods and new feature rollouts.
- Develop role-based learning paths that account for different user personas (e.g., Critical Operations Technicians, floor supervisors, managers).
- Track content completion and competency metrics; report to stakeholders on readiness status ahead of production releases.
- What You Will Need to be Successful (Qualifications)
- 3+ years of experience in end-user enablement or instructional design for custom or enterprise software.
- Demonstrated experience training in an agile development environment - comfortable with incomplete features, sprint-by-sprint rollouts, and evolving scope.
- Proficiency creating learning content for both mobile (iOS/iPad) and web-based applications.
- Strong facilitation skills - able to lead small-group sessions, 1-on-1 coaching, and larger webinars.
- Ability to quickly learn and translate complex, technical software workflows into clear, accessible language.
- Exceptional written communication skills for documentation, quick-reference guides, and release notes.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25-30% to support on-site training, go-live events, and new site rollouts.
- Other Key Skills (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in a data center, critical facilities, or industrial operations environment.
- Familiarity with SCADA, BMS, alarm management, or asset tracking systems.
- Experience working alongside product managers or business analysts in a product lifecycle team.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or similar agile tooling for tracking release content.
- Certification in instructional design (ATD, CPTD, or similar).
- Experience with LMS platforms or eLearning authoring tools (Articulate, Camtasia, etc.).
