Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marine Science, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree, MBA, or similar advanced qualification is a plus
- At least 5 years of business development or commercial management experience in marine contracting, submarine cable (telecom or power), offshore energy, or heavy marine infrastructure
- Good understanding of subsea cable operations, vessel capabilities, shore-end HDD, and how regional maintenance agreements work commercially
- Strong contract negotiation skills, with experience handling complex, high-value maritime or energy agreements
- Strong network of industry contacts in the Asia-Pacific region, and willingness to travel regionally to meet clients and partners
