  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Technical Qualifications: Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Slides, Sheets), Zoom, and other relevant collaboration and administrative software.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate needs, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior written and verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and act autonomously within established guidelines.
  • Meticulous attention to accuracy and detail in all tasks and communications.
  • Unwavering ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential, and privileged information with the utmost integrity, judgment, and discretion.
