Your Team, Your Impact Marvell Technology is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to lead and scale coordination excellence across the Americas region. This role is central to ensuring a seamless, efficient, and high quality hiring experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring partners. You will manage a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators supporting Americas region, partnering closely with TA Operations Manager in India, as well as recruiters, HR partners, and cross functional stakeholders. You'll help shape and optimize processes, tools, and systems that enable our global TA organization to operate with consistency, clarity, and impact. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast moving environment, enjoys building structure, and is passionate about operational excellence and people leadership. What You Can Expect Team Leadership & Management Lead, coach, and develop a team of TA Coordinators supporting hiring activities across the Americas region. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high‑performance team culture. Manage workload distribution, capacity planning, and service-level expectations. Provide ongoing training, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure operational consistency and quality. Operational Excellence Oversee end‑to‑end coordination activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, travel arrangements, and offer process support. Ensure timely, accurate, and high‑quality execution of all coordination tasks. Monitor operational metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and candidate experience. Partner with the TA Operations Manager in India to align processes, share best practices, and ensure global consistency. Process, Tools & Systems Support implementation, optimization, and adoption of TA systems (e.g., ATS, CRM, scheduling tools). Collaborate with TA leadership to document, refine, and standardize workflows. Troubleshoot system issues and partner with HRIS and IT teams to resolve them. Contribute to training materials, playbooks, and enablement resources for the TA organization. Stakeholder Partnership Build strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners, and cross‑functional teams. Serve as a point of escalation for coordination challenges and ensure timely resolution. Provide insights and recommendations to TA leadership based on operational trends and data. Participate in global TA initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement efforts.
