Child Care Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
• Supervise and care for children in the 3-5 year age range both indoors and outdoors.
• Communicate daily with parents.
• Supervise assistant.
• Required Qualifications
• High school graduation or GED. One year of experience working with young children in a licensed child care center.
• Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Requirements

• Hands on experience leading 0-5 year olds. Formal training in a child related field. Previous experience working in an accredited center. Previous lead teacher experience teaching pre-k. Stable work history. Bilingual a plus.
