  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A)s
  • Prior experience with insurance strongly preferred
  • Years of prior experience may influence level of analyst role

This FP&A position will collaborate with FP&A leadership, operational leaders and budget owners. Effectively communicate the trends and patterns of expenses to various levels of management within FP&A and operational leadership. Support the budgeting/planning, re-forecasting, and outlook processes across various stakeholders. Prepare detailed analysis and complementary presentations to communicate actual results as compared to budget, reforecast and prior year adjusted results. Build relationships and collaborate with business partners to create or enhance process guidelines.
