Position Purpose: Manages a territory of existing base and target accounts by developing sales strategies to meet retention and growth goals. Primary Duties/Responsibilities: Manages a portfolio of base and target accounts within an assigned territory to meet retention and growth goals. Develops an understanding of a client's business to present a range of services. Creates presentations and quotations for existing and prospective customers; requires support for complex opportunities. Develops account plans and participates in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with top tier clients. Manages low complexity client projects and requests; requires significant support and direction for complex, multi-stakeholder projects. Communicates client goals and objectives to promote sales opportunities. Engages with KAM team where appropriate. Uses systems for basic client data retrieval. Uses CRM to track business development and relationship details. Other duties as assigned by management Work Environment: Travel Requirement: Minimum of 25% Education/Experience/Background: Bachelors degree in business, technical field or similar preferred. 0-3 years of sales experience in the hazardous waste industry preferred. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Basic technical knowledge of industry and services; heavy reliance on support staff. Baseline prospecting, negotiation, and presentation skills. Applies Sales Academy concepts with guidance. Ability to work semi independently and with a team Strong team player and self-motivated. Exhibits leadership qualities. Results and detail oriented. Excellent communication and client orientation.
