Your Role at Cabot: Cabot Corporation is seeking an Inkjet Supply Chain Analyst to join the Global Supply Chain team at the Haverhill, MA Cabot location. The 24/7 operations location is the primary manufacturing facility for our inkjet colorant product line. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a critical role in connecting demand, supply, and execution across our global operations. This position focuses on production planning through the translating of complex planning data into actionable insights that support raw material procurement, production scheduling, inventory management, and customer supply. Working cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and key suppliers, you will help drive disciplined planning, improve visibility, and support on‑time, cost‑effective supply to our customers. This is a hands‑on, analytical role ideal for a professional who thrives in a manufacturing environment and enjoys influencing decisions through data, structure, and collaboration. This position reports to the Sr. Global Supply Chain Manager and is based on site 5 days a week at the Haverhill, MA location. How You'll Make an Impact: As the supply chain analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing global supply planning activities including raw materials supply, production planning, packaging, warehousing, distribution, packing and shipping. You will be a valuable member of the team who contributes to the success of the organization by: Prepare/communicate MRP [Material Requirements Planning] including rolling 12-month production plan, inventory planning for global supply, unconstrained raw material forecasting/ordering enabling effective global supply planning and decision-making. Provide input into financial forecasting, budget planning, long range planning, inventory planning, etc. Prepare S&OP materials including production plans, asset utilization and strategic customer supply view with consideration for: Apply input from global sales team. Apply input from strategic account plans. Apply input from supply for raw material constraints/risks/etc. Apply input from plant operations for staffing, maintenance, capital, trials, etc. Understand and incorporate knowledge of product quality constraints. Facilitate Pre S&OP and S&OP sessions. Utilize and maintain planning tools through the Cabot ERP system and advanced excel tools. Provide "smart" raw material forecasts to suppliers per agreed schedules to support on-time delivery, inventory optimization and stronger relations. Be primary business contact for a subset of suppliers and drive/support cost control and on-time supply. Special project execution, i.e., ERP improvement projects, support barcoding upgrades, support customer consignment inventory, etc. Participate in the cycle count process with the team responsible for delivering high inventory accuracy. What You'll Bring to Cabot: We are looking for a confident, experienced Supply Chain professional who can influence, execute, and raise standards: Bachelor's/University degree 3+ years of prior experience in supply chain (i.e. production planning, financial/raw material forecasting, engineering or operations, etc) or related manufacturing experience. Experience in specialty manufacturing industries is highly preferred. General knowledge of financial analysis and model building techniques; economic analysis. Ability to operate with a high degree of independence and is expected to proactively identify risks, opportunities and improvement actions. Excellent analytical skills to connect facts and see trends and opportunities. Interpersonal and communications skills in order to effectively interact cross-functionally. Ability to write reports and communicate information easily. The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skill, qualifications, experience and location.
