- Generative & Agentic AI-Enabled BI
- Develop and launch AI-enabled DI products, including: conversational analytics and natural language query,

- Collaborate with enterprise AI teams to embed predictive modelling, machine learning, and autonomous agents into BI workflows.

- Business Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a strategic partner to global, regional, and local business leaders across commercial, supply chain, R&D, finance, HR, and other functions.
- Translate business strategies into actionable BI initiatives that deliver measurable value and accelerate decisions.
- Influence and engage senior stakeholders to drive DI adoption and maximise ROI from enterprise data assets.

- Qualifications and Skills
- 15+ years in Decision Intelligence, Data & Analytics, or related fields, with at least 5 years in global leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading multi‑disciplinary analytics teams in complex, multinational enterprises.
- Demonstrated ownership of an enterprise BI platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) at global scale.
- Strong track record integrating data science, machine learning, and generative AI/agentic AI into analytics products.
- Experience shaping and running a BI or analytics Centre of Excellence, including global delivery and operational processes.
