Responsibilities

- Partner with Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Quality & Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams
- Work effectively across global time zones, especially with Boston-based R&D
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Typically 10-15 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in medical devices or other high-reliability industries (e.g., automotive, aerospace)
- Strong experience in analog and digital design and troubleshooting
- Proven experience working on complex electromechanical systems
- Experience supporting products from concept through production
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC standards such as IEC 60601)
- Experience working with contract manufacturers and suppliers, especially PCB design and assembly
- Experience in manufacturing or operations environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical work and guide Junior Engineers.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis

- Ability to balance hands-on engineering with project coordination responsibilities
- Clear and effective communication in English (written and verbal)
