Senior Finance Executive

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts for multiple entities, including active and dormant companies.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports accurately and on a timely basis.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and loan agreements between related entities.
• Support data migration projects, including migration from Xero to NetSuite, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and other external stakeholders.
• Assist in process improvements, internal controls, and system enhancement initiatives.
• Support ad hoc finance and accounting projects as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably handling multiple entities.
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, GL, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
• Experience with Xero and NetSuite is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with intercompany accounting and loan arrangements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
