Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (Fresh Graduate) to join our growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to develop their professional skills while working on façade, interior fit-out, and construction projects in Singapore. Key responsibilities include: Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for construction projects. Perform quantity take-offs and measurements. Assist in evaluating quotations and preparing cost comparisons for materials and subcontractors. Support the preparation of progress claims, payment certificates, final accounts, and variation orders. Monitor project costs and maintain accurate cost records throughout the project lifecycle. Assist with procurement activities and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors. Attend project meetings and site visits to verify work progress and measurements. Maintain proper documentation of contracts, quotations, invoices, and cost reports. Work closely with project managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to support effective project delivery. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Internship experience in quantity surveying or the construction industry will be an advantage. Basic understanding of quantity take-off, cost estimation, and construction contracts. Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications. Familiarity with AutoCAD or other quantity surveying software will be an advantage. Meticulous, responsible, and committed to delivering quality work while meeting project deadlines.
