Responsibilities
- Manage a continuous, high-volume caseload of documents submitted through the Imaging Workflow system, applying independent judgment and complex academic policies.
- Evaluate transfer credit for applicability toward degree requirements.
- Produce accurate advising reports and maintain up-to-date student academic records to support high-quality student service.
- Collaborate with a dynamic, high-performing team to meet established evaluation turnaround time expectations.
- Maintain working knowledge of academic curricula across multiple catalog years.
- Participate in team and Registrar's Office meetings and serve on committees to represent departmental interests.
- Support departmental projects and assist with system testing during new implementations or updates.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, including the Academic Policies and Procedures Manual (APPM), Policy and Operations Manual (POM), Curriculum Standards Manual (CSM), and applicable academic catalogs.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to shifting workloads in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in student information systems and imaging/workflow platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborative mindset with a strong commitment to service excellence and team success.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; associate's degree or relevant evaluator/academic records experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of related experience in academic records, transfer evaluation, registrar services, admissions, advising, or higher education operations required or strongly preferred.
