Responsibilities

Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or closely related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive professional experience in corporate communications, public relations agencies, or media-related businesses.
- Outstanding editorial competence and writing skills, with a proven track record to distil sophisticated ideas into clear, concise, and actionable copy.
- Proven experience leveraging a variety of digital communication platforms (ie. Sharepoint, Eloqua, Adobe Express) and tools to achieve communication objectives.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools to reinvent processes, optimize workflows, and drive improved communication outcomes.
- A strong background of influencing and collaborating effectively with senior stakeholders across a large, matrixed organization.
- Strong existing network of media relationships within the Mexico market.
- Demonstrated experience in handling external agency partners and departmental budgets.
- A strategic mentality coupled with a demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and champion innovative communication approaches.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment, and an outcome focused teammate.
