About the role
At ACT ABA, a subsidiary of Frontera, we're on a mission to expand access to high-quality behavioral health services for children and families. We're based in the greater Denver, Colorado area and growing quickly. As we grow, we're looking for a recruiter who's excited to play a direct role in building the team that makes that impact possible. We're hiring a Contract Recruiter to help us scale our team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This is a high-impact, high-volume recruiting role where you'll own the process end-to-end. You'll be the founding recruiting resource for ACT, and you won't be doing it alone. You'll receive mentorship and support from Frontera's clinical recruiting team (our partner company), giving you access to established playbooks, sourcing strategies, and recruiting infrastructure while you build something from the ground up. Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for RBT roles across multiple regions (Greater Denver Area and Tulsa Oklahoma)
- Source and engage candidates (primarily through Indeed and other platforms)
- Conduct initial interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews with leadership and keep things moving quickly
- Partner with cross-functional teams (scheduling, onboarding, payroll) to ensure a smooth experience
- Keep candidate pipelines organized and up to date
Requirements
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience (high-volume is a big plus)
- Exposure to or interest in ABA / behavioral health is highly preferred
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple roles at once
- Comfortable working independently and staying on top of priorities
- Clear communicator with strong follow-through
- Adaptable-you're able to pivot quickly when priorities shift
- Positive, personable, and team-oriented
