  • This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.

As a Senior Associate on the Financial Servicing HR Emerging Talent team, you will focus on the execution and implementation of the talent strategy for our early-career professional programs. You will serve as a key partner to the business, managing operational work streams that ensure the successful integration of top talent into high-value roles. Here is what you will be doing: Execute end-to-end, well-managed event logistics for emerging talent programs (including Welcome events, Hackathons, and Graduations) to deliver differentiated associate experiences. Manage complex scheduling, budget reconciliation, RSVPs, catering (F&B), A/V setup, and promotional item sourcing with sharp attention to detail. Develop and maintain operational metrics, scorecards, and dashboards to accurately track program health, event attendance, and AAS (Associate Annual Survey) feedback. Proactively communicate challenges, identify risks, and coordinate across partner teams to ensure seamless delivery of programmatic milestones. Maintain process documentation, local resources, and artifacts to ensure a well-managed operational environment and continuous process improvement.
