Oral Health Therapist / Dental Hygienist Location: Jurong/Clementi/Tanjong Pagar (Candidates must be comfortable with rotating across our three clinics in based on the monthly duty roster.) Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent Salary Range: $3,000 - $5,000 (Commensurate with experience + Profit sharing) Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for a dedicated and patient-centric Oral Health Therapist / Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality preventive dental care and educating patients on maintaining optimal oral health. Clinical Care: Perform professional scaling, polishing, and root planing (periodontal therapy). Preventive Treatments: Administer fluoride applications, pit and fissure sealants, and take dental radiographs (X-rays) as required. Patient Education: Provide personalized oral hygiene instructions and advice to patients of all ages. Whitening & Aesthetics: Assist with or perform in-chair teeth whitening procedures and manage post-treatment care. Diagnosis & Management: Conduct initial oral examinations, chart dental conditions, and refer complex cases to dentists/specialists. Clinical Standards: Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and sterilization standards. Administration: Maintain accurate and detailed digital patient records and treatment notes.
