How You Add Value The People Technology Product Owner is an experienced, functionally deep Workday professional who owns one or more Workday modules end-to-end on behalf of Revantage and its PortCos. This is not a passive coordination role - it is an active, hands-on domain mastery role. You are the subject-matter expert, the decision-maker, the stakeholder champion, and the product strategist for your assigned module(s). You will work across a complex multi-PortCo environment, running user forums, managing the release roadmap, driving adoption, and continuously finding ways to extract more value from the Workday platform. Revantage is hiring multiple Product Owners, each covering a cluster of related modules. Example ownership areas include: Core HCM, Onboarding & Workday Help; Compensation & Advanced Compensation; Recruiting, Paradox & HiredScore; Talent & Learning; US Benefits & US Payroll; Reporting, People Analytics & Peakon. While specific module assignments may vary, the role profile, expectations, and seniority level are consistent across all Product Owner positions. This role has a defined growth path: as the team matures, the Product Owner will take on line management responsibility for an Associate Product Owner, growing into a player-manager who both delivers and develops.
