As a Deep Cleaning Technician , you will be responsible for performing specialized floor care and deep cleaning services while maintaining Dexterra's high standards of quality and safety. This is a full-time, year-round position, and a company truck and cell phone will be provided. Your work will include: Performing deep cleaning services in commercial facilities. Stripping, waxing, burnishing, and maintaining a variety of floor surfaces. Performing marble polishing and restoration. Operating and maintaining specialized floor care equipment. Following all Health & Safety policies and using required PPE. Maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies. Completing assigned work efficiently and to a high standard. Extensive experience with marble polishing , floor stripping, waxing, burnishing, and floor maintenance. Experience operating commercial floor care equipment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work. A clear criminal background check is required for this role.
