The Operations Administrator supports Commercial & Industrial (C&I) electricity customers across the full customer lifecycle. The role involves high-volume administrative tasks, customer interaction, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely service delivery. With respect, integrity and honesty you will: Manage a high volume of daily administrative tasks and customer queries Administer billing and claims for Electricity Rebate customers in line with government requirements Respond to customer and stakeholder enquiries via phone, email, and other channels Provide advice to customers, internal teams, and project stakeholders Resolve service order, transfer, and billing exceptions within required service levels Prepare ad hoc and periodic reports for internal stakeholders Support delivery of operational and project-based activities as required Here's what you'll need to thrive in this role: You will be a detail-oriented administrator with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
