Senior Associate Middle Office - Change Management

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document end-to-end trade lifecycle workflows
• Support the delivery of market access, product onboarding, and operational change initiatives
• Coordinate stakeholders across regions and functions
• Engage with brokers, custodians, and service providers to validate solutions
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and ensure delivery momentum

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in Middle Office / Operations / Settlements
• Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle (execution → settlement)
• Exposure to Fixed Income, FX, Equities, or Derivatives
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a project-driven, fast-paced environment
• Strong Excel skills; SQL/Python/VBA or automation exposure is a plus
• APAC market exposure (China, India, Korea, Taiwan) is a bonus
