We are strengthening our Compensation & Benefits function to support a growing international team and evolving people processes. We are looking for a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist who will take ownership of benefits operations, provider management, budgeting, and process improvements across HQ locations. This role combines operational work with project ownership and cross-functional collaboration across People, Payroll, Finance, HR Admin, IT, and external providers.
