Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver detailed Change Impact Assessments across each phase of the rollout, in collaboration with Adoption Managers and key stakeholders

About The Role FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Business Change Manager with Active SC to work for our client within the public sector. This is initially a 6-month contract with the potential to extend and will be a remote role with occasional travel into London or Manchester. We are seeking a Business Change Manager who will be responsible for driving organisational readiness, engagement, and successful adoption of Microsoft sensitivity labelling across the business. This role ensures that all impacted teams are prepared, equipped, and supported to implement new ways of working, with a particular focus on behavioural change, governance, and compliance.
