As Skinvive product manager in China, you will lead end-to-end product management from pre-approval readiness through post-approval commercialization. Grounded in market insights and medical evidence, you will shape brand positioning and launch strategy, and partner cross-functionally with Medical, Training, Sales, Digital/CRM, Market Access, Supply Chain, Legal/Compliance and Finance to deliver launch milestones on time. Post launch, you will be responsible for brand operations to drive sustainable business growth and long-term brand building. - Skinvive Launch & Project Management: Lead end-to-end planning and execution for Skinvive launch in China by building the critical path and milestone to ensure on-time, cross-functional delivery. Proactively identify and manage key risks, and drive post-launch reviews to iterate strategy and execution. -Brand Strategy & Branding Activity Execution : Develop brand positioning and the annual brand plan (including budget and priorities) based on insights across market, competitors, consumers and HCPs, translating strategy into an executable brand activity and tracking the brand KPI (sales/activity performance/brand volume) regularly. Manage brand assets and core messaging consistency to drive scalable growth and long-term brand equity. -Integrated Marketing & Content Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing for both launch and post-launch phases, defining communication pillars and developing key content and marketing materials to strengthen awareness and education. Control agency/vendor delivery, ensuring output quality, budget discipline and compliant approvals. - Sales Enablement & Account Execution: Partner with Sales, Training/SFE and Medical to deliver product and clinical messaging, standardized selling stories and customer segmentation plays that improve frontline conversion and consistency. Support key account onboarding and lighthouse account development, codifying replicable account best practices and toolkits. - Cross-function cooperation: Work closely with cross-function to ensure all marketing activities, external communications comply with applicable regulations and company policies. Also, leverage cross-function channel(e.g. Digital, AMI) and resource to expand the Skinvive promotion and market share. Bachelor's degree and above, major in Marketing, Medicine/Pharmacy, Biology, Business or related fields preferred. Master's degree is a plus. Minimum 6 years of brand marketing experience. Strong insight-to-strategy thinking (e.g., STP, positioning, annual brand planning) with the ability to translate insights into executable commercial strategies and tactics. Good campaign management skills and strong ownership Prior launch experience in medical aesthetics, pharma industry, medical devices, consumer health is preferred. Languages: Chinese; English proficiency sufficient for daily business communication (written and spoken).
