What will you do: Collaborate with Business, Product Owners, Data Engineers, Architects, and Compliance stakeholders to understand governance requirements, data risks, and regulatory expectations across enterprise data platforms; Support the definition and implementation of enterprise data governance standards, policies, and operating models; Collaborate with platform and analytics teams working within Azure and Databricks environments to ensure governance requirements are aligned with technical implementations; Own and evolve the enterprise Common Data Model used across the analytical platform, ensuring standardized definitions, clear data relationships, and alignment between business and technical stakeholders; Support metadata management, business glossary maintenance, and data lineage documentation activities; Participate in governance forums and work with stakeholders to improve accountability, ownership, and data governance adoption across the organization; Assist with regulatory and compliance-related governance activities including GDPR and internal policy adherence; Consult teams during implementation initiatives to ensure governance controls and standards are implemented as required; Assist with governance-related incident investigations and remediation activities when required. What we´re looking for: Experience with enterprise data governance frameworks and governance operating models; Proven hands-on experience with Azure and Databricks; Experience supporting data governance initiatives in cloud-based environments; Experience with metadata management, data cataloging, and data lineage concepts; Experience defining and maintaining logical or business data models; Understanding of cloud-based data platforms, access management, and governance principles; Good SQL knowledge and ability to work with large datasets and analytical environments; Understanding of GDPR and enterprise data compliance requirements; Experience within credit management, lending, banking, collections, or another financial services environment; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders; You are proactive, structured, accurate, and detail oriented; Very good English (written and spoken).
