- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Management, Channel Management or related commercial roles.
- Experience in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach.
- Fluent English required; additional Eastern European languages are a strong advantage.
- Availability for regular business travel across Eastern Europe.

To further strengthen this strategic channel across the region, we are looking for an experienced commercial leader to join our Eastern Europe team as Channel Leader Installers Eastern Europe . Reporting directly to a Regional Board Member, this role will lead the deployment of our regional Installers Channel strategy across Eastern Europe, ensuring strong alignment between Group direction and local market execution. While there are no direct reports, success in this position relies on strong leadership through influence, working closely with Sales Managers and commercial teams across the region to drive alignment, share best practices, and deliver consistent commercial execution.
