Responsibilities

  • Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in rewards, compensation & benefits, and/or performance management .
  • Strong knowledge of market benchmarking, salary structures, and incentive design .
  • Experience in linking performance frameworks to reward outcomes .
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
